Acme Nut Whiffle Tree 5001
The whiffle tree is the threaded rod mounted in the bottom of the pop up. A draw bar runs up and down the rod, and pulls or releases the lift cables.
Plastic delrin nut / acme screw whiffle tree. Your original Coleman or Fleetwood whiffle tree may have a white plastic nut at the center of the draw bar.
There were two types of whiffle trees used. Ball bearing and plastic delrin nut. This style of plastic nut tree is more commonly found on smaller units.
Compatibility includes....
- 1996 to 1998 8-1/2 foot box, 10 foot box, and 12 foot box Destiny series.
- 1998 8-1/2 foot box, 10 foot box, and 12 foot box Destiny and Grand Tour series with clutch release crank
- 2000 10 foot box and 12 foot box Destiny series with clutch release crank and sprocket assembly.
- 2000 10 foot box Grand Tour series with clutch release crank and sprocket assembly.
Measures 31-1/4 inches in total length.
Distance between the stops are 26-5/8 inches. This stop measurement is found from the inside of each stop.
Travel: 1 inch of travel equals 1.71 inches of lift height.
