Love this site 👌🏽
We have been doing maintenance on our 94 Coleman Arcadia Pop-Up camper, prior to our summer camping road trip. We replace the swing down jack, snap ring along with several other mechanical items, including the roof lift crank assembly. We were able to purchase all of the replacement/repair items from the Coleman Pop-Up Camper Parts Store website. They provide excellent service and will talk to you on the phone if you have questions. I would recommend you download a copy of your camper repair parts manual prior to ordering parts. Watch the videos also, they are a wealth of information.
I wish I can add more pictures to show how critical it was for me to get a replacement with the same dimensions. I had a weight distributing system attached to my Coleman tent trailer. The item I got was excellent. It was practically plug and play. I just removed the old one, put in the new one and locked it in place with the O-ring.
Thank you for the excellent item and service, Coleman Pop-up Parts and Derek Smith.
My old swing wheel jack would not wind down and the camper was still on the TV. In a pinch I ended up putting on a swing jack with a "foot" instead. I finally got around to getting the right type of jack.
Two things to keep in mind. You may need to get a replacement snap ring, but you WILL need a set of snap ring pliers if you want to keep your sanity while make your replacement.
The wheel is awesome when try to nudge your camper onto the hitch ball we you are off by just a little bit.
When the original jack went bad, I was afraid I would have to buy a new jack and figure out a mounting system for it. However, I took a chance and bought one from Coleman and it fit perfectly onto the original mounting hub and secured with the separately purchased collar ring. I was surprised and well pleased.
I have a 2000 Fleetwood Coleman Utah. The tongue jack broke on it and it would no longer lift the camper. I bought this one and was able to replace it with this one. It only required removing the clip and swapping in the new jack.
Got to us in less than a week. Had a friend install that does welding. Recommend that. We are very pleased with all of the products we have ordered from this company!!
I purchased this Swing Down Jack to replace the original on my Taos pop up. I had done an axel fip for off road ground clearance and discovered the original jack was too short. That left me having to manually lift the tongue off and onto the hitch ball! The new jack Shaft is about 5” longer so NO MORE LIFTING! Love this product!!! Thanks
