Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
A RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) code is required for all returns. Before returning your item please contact Derek Smith at derek.parts@beckleysrvs.com or call 833-228-2376 to confirm return eligibility and obtain a RGA.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Electrical items, mattresses and bedding related items, items cut to length, LP (propane) items and rebuild kit sales are final and non-eligible for return.
Refunds Policies
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your credit to clear your account.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at derek.parts@beckleysrvs.com and send your item to:

Shipping
To return your product, please first contact Derek Smith at Derek.parts@beckleysrvs.com and obtain a RGA. (Return Goods Authorization) Please write the RGA number on the outside of the return shipment box and mail your product to:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the original cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
