I ordered this item on Sunday morning, and it was delivered to my doorstep in PERFECT condition on Tuesday afternoon - amazing! The item, which is literally over 7 feet long, was packed so well and securely that anything short of being run over by the delivery truck would not harm it. Product is used, but in very good shape. Bonus is that it comes with all of the bits and pieces, so you don't have to order the pole, then the tip, end cap and the spring individually. That said, beware of delivery. I wish they would handle this in-house. Bought $300 of product, then got a nasty $111 bill from UPS!!!!! Nasty surprise.
