This access door lowers to become a step.
Removed from a 1986 Coleman Plantation series Savannah. This is an early highwall series stepper door.
The door has been taken apart and rebuilt. New hardware includes the following.
- New access door lock.
- New tread.
- New mounting hardware.
- New door seals.
Comes with (1) 8025 key and (2) swing arm mounting rivets.
Measurements
- 25-1/4 inches wide by 30-3/4 inches tall overall as measured across the front.
- 23-1/2 inches wide by 30 inches tall as measured inside the door frame. This is also your rough opening size.
- 9-1/2 inches of depth as measured from the bottom front to the bottom back of the lower frame.
