Two types of rivets are most commonly used in pop up campers.

Pop Rivets and Expansion Rivets.

Pop Rivets are designed to swell between fastening points, joining the parts together. These can also be called Blind Rivets.

Expansion rivets are designed to expand open behind blank areas. Think of Expansion Rivets as a type of hollow wall anchor that you might use at home.

Ordered 35 to make sure I had plenty. Arrived in good condition. These are heavy duty rivets. My hardware store rivet gun did not provide enough leverage to “pop” these bad boys. I went to my big boy rivet gun and they worked great. This door will break somewhere else but not because the rivets came loose.
