Designed for Coleman and Fleetwood campers with ABS tops. This brace kit has a curved design to fit the plastic roofs that have experienced sagging or are having an air conditioner installed.
Comes with brace, brackets, and hardware.
Brace measures 1.5 inches squared, and 76-1/2 inches in length.
The Roof had sag on the side that was not braced by the AC. You can see the difference with this picture. No sag! Derek was tremendously helpful throughout this. Cannot recommend the part and this company enough!
We order this ABS roof brace for our coleman popup camper to support our sagging roof. We received the product in a timely manner and as described. It didn't come with any instructions, but they can be found online. We following the instructions without any complications and are happy with the results. It took out the bow in the roof and pulled the sign of the roof back in towards the camper. We would recommend this product
We purchased this brace for our 1997 Coleman pop camper that had sagging roof. It arrived in a timely manner and as described. It didn't have instructions but they have them online thru this dealer. We followed the instructions and had not problems with the instillation. The brace lifted our sagging roof and drew the sides of the roof back in towards the camper.
Good product
THE BRACE, UNFORTUNATELY DOESNT HAVE THE CORRECT ARCH FOR MY 1999 COLEMAN POP UP. I WASNT GIVEN AN OPTION FOR A DIFFERENT ABS ROOF BRACE. ARE THERE OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
The bracket worked out great. It took the bow right out of the roof of you Coleman Bayport.
It was a bit challenging to install the final bolts, however the result was fantastic.
I would like to return the two roof brace kits I ordered, and received, in March of this year. I have no place heated or otherwise indoors to work on the roof of my camper. I also bought a new style 41 foot seal for the roof as the old one finally pulled off one corner last July and couldn't be stretched back in place. Over the winter and our extremely wet spring I could only sit and wait for warmer dryer days to make the needed repairs. I opened the camper up yesterday 15 June 2019 to discover that mice had gotten into the camper where the top seal had come off and literally destroyed the entire inside of the camper, eating holes in the curtains, window screens, even chewing up Masonite from somewhere and building a birthing nest on top of one of the bunks.
So it is off to the dump.
