Terms Of Service

 After Delivery

Orders need to be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. After this time, we are not able to handle missing parts requests.

 

 

Returns

All return requests must be received within 30 days of delivery. To request an RMA, please review the below information pertaining to return item eligibility, then contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return.

 

 

An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) code is required for all returned items.

 

 

Eligibility for a return requires your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Parts must be returned to us within 30 days of the issued return merchandise authorization (RMA).

 

 

ITEMS NON ELLIGABLE FOR RETURN -  electrical items, mattresses, bedding related items, item cut to length, LP (propane) items and crank rebuild kit. All of these parts sales are final and non-eligible for return.

 

 

Returns are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 20 percent. If the return meets our policy guidelines, then no restocking fee is applied.

 

Cancellations 

Order cancellation requests received after 30 minutes of the order being places are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 20 percent.

 

Refund Policy.

 

Once your return is received and passes inspection, a credit will be applied to your method of payment. Items that require crate and freight shipping have a shipping surcharge incorporated into the purchase price. This shipping surcharge will be deducted from any eligible refund. Please contact us for todays freight rates.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, call 301-898-3300 or 1-800-424-CAMP

 

Return Shipping

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranties 

All parts unless stated otherwise carry a 90 day warranty covering defects in quality or workmanship. LP and electrical appliances must be installed by a licensed RV dealership or mechanic to be eligible to refund.

 

Orders Outside The USA

 

Orders ship most commonly from USPS and UPS. Additional fees for duties, taxes, and customs may be due upon delivery. Please do not refuse delivery. In doing so, many shipping carriers will charge us a fee for the return, which we will then have to deduct from your refund.
