Installed at the lift pillars, this trim kit keeps weather and debris out of the lift arms and act as guides for the lift arms. Finding these trims broken can be a result of an issue with the lift arm or its mounting. 

This lift trim has squared lip that fits to the top deck.

Measures 5-5/8 inches wide by 1-7/8 inches. Inside cutout measures 3-1/4 inches wide by 1-1/2 inches deep.

The mounting holes measure 5/8 of an inch and are oval. On center they are spaced at 4-3/8 inches.

These are made of better material than the originals, they seem to be constructed of stainless steel. The trouble with them is the fit. The holes are in the wrong position and when riveted into place the trims do absolutely nothing at all. The reason the old ones break is because they support the lifting arms, and prevent steady the roof a little. There is enough material to drill new holes in the lift trims so they support the lift arms and cover the holes more effectively, and line up with the construction of the trailer much better. The picture is the Lift Trims fitted to a Coleman Fleetwood Fairview.

Black Lift Trim

It is not an exact replacement for my 2001 Coleman Sedona. I had to drill new holes into the aluminum (@ 3/8 inch from the existing holes) to match the hole locations on the new lift trim to install with the pop rivets. Keeping my fingers crossed that the new holes don't compromise the integrity of the frame.
