Commonly referred to as the crank assembly "clutch".

This plate rides between the ratchet wheel sprocket and chain drive sprocket. When the system is compressed together, this plate acts as the friction pad and engages the roof lift in Coleman and Fleetwood pop ups.

Measures 2 inches outside diameter. 5/8 of an inch inside diameter.
