Lens for my fan/light combo works fine. It’s the newer style with a screw on attachment rather than the snap on like my 16 year old combo is. I knew that before ordering, so it’s OK. Just a little clear duct tape and it’s almost like new. Thanks!
Please be aware that this is the newer model of lense cover that requires screws to attach it - it will NOT snap on like the older model.
Wish I had known that beforehand. It kind of fit, but the fit was not quite the same so it kept falling off. Thankfully my engineer husband made an alteration to the original housing so that the screws had a place to attach. Now it's secure and ready to go! Not a bad product, I just wasn't prepared for what I got.
Unfortunately there is nowhere to screw this lens onto our light/fan combo. It must be an older design. I will figure out how to get it to stay on as it will be a much nicer look.
This lens is for the new fan light combo. While it does not snap into the older fan light combo (my pop up is a 2004), it does fit and will stay in place with clear packaging tape.
