This cap is found at the end of the bed rails on Fleetwood pop ups built after 1998.
It is attached with a single bolt and nut to the end of the bed rail, and it protects the canvas boot when the bed is slid in and out. A how to video and installation hardware if found below.
I felt like the beds were extending out too far. The light kill switch would not work correctly. Watched one of the provided videos and saw the bed ends were broke and or missing. Ordered them and replaced and it works!! Fantastic video instructions also. Thanks!!
Fits my 2008 Fleetwood E1 Popup perfectly. At around $9 it’s a ort of expensive for what it is.. but after attempting to make my own replacement out of a cutting board using a grinder, it’s worth every penny. Thanks for stocking these! I will be more gentle in the future sliding my beds out as to not crush these end caps.
I discovered these pieces were broken when I set up my camper the first time this season. Once I figured out how to get into the rail and remove them it was easy to order and replace them. The new parts were easy to install and are working great.

Much like others...waiting for that video on how to possibly replace these and get at the nuts to remove them without removing the entire bed. HELP PLEASE???
