This faucet is a common replacement for galley lift sink systems. It has a special design that allows the faucet to remain intact when the galley sink is lowered to the floor and the bed comes in. Most other faucets will be hit and damaged by the bed coming in unless you remove the faucet stem.

It is an easy direct replacement for the factory original in the Niagara. If you are expecting that bank vault sort of feel like on a Grohe or Moen, well, yer gonna be disappointed. It feels cheap. But, it does the job. If you need a replacement faucet that fits and is low enough for the slider, then this'll do ya'.
The faucet fit perfectly and nothing leaked when I was done which is amazing given my horrible plumber skills. A tool that I found very useful is the Superior Tool 03825 Basin Buddy Nut Wrench. I was unable to loosen the plastic nuts that held the faucet to the sink and this tool made it a snap.
The picture suggested that the stalks where the water line attaches would be metal. In fact, they were plastic, and were just as flimsy as the original faucet was. Useless product.
