This access door lowers to become a step.

Comes with door, 1101X key, new seals installed, new mounting hardware installed and 2 rivets to mount the swing arms to the door frames. 

Lock works with an 1101X key.

Measurements

• 25-1/4 inches wide by 22 inches tall overall as measured across the front.
• 23-3/8 inches wide by 22 inches tall as measured inside the door frame. This is also your rough opening size.
• 9-3/4 inches of depth as measured from the bottom front to the bottom back of the lower frame.
