coleman pop up parts

Here are a list of commonly asked questions and answers for your convenience.

Coleman VS Fleetwood pop ups

"I do not have a Coleman, I have a Fleetwood pop up"

  • We commonly use the name Coleman to describe this legacy line of pop up campers. Coleman and Fleetwood had made a merger of corporate convenience in the 1990's and the Coleman name went to Fleetwood. Little changed in the design and manufacturing of the pop ups.

"I've ordered my part, when can I expect it to arrive?"

  • We are located in Maryland.

  • Most orders ship within 1 to 5 business days in the order received. Some orders such as body panels, roofs, and other freight shipments that require crating can take up to 2 to 4 weeks to process.

  • We ship via UPS ground as our primary carrier. UPS ground typically takes 1 to 5 business days to arrive anywhere in the United States. Small packages may be delivered on the final leg of the journey by your local post office.

  • Please allow 1 full business day after we fulfill your order and send your tracking number for your tracking number to activate. We are on eastern standard time, and if your order was fulfilled after 4 PM, the tracking number will appear as "non valid" until after 4 PM the next business day. This is due to the fact that UPS has not yet picked up your package and entered your tracking number into their system.

  • Key shipments for $5.00 do not come with tracking numbers. They are shipped via USPS letter services.

"I need my part shipped next day air, how do I do that?"

    • Please see our expedited shipping options here

"I forgot to add a part to my order"

    • Please give us a call to place a combination order for you. Have a credit card ready when you call as we cannot simply add parts to an order. We will have to create a second order and then combine your two orders.

"What are your shipping charges within the United States of America?"

    •  The shipping charges for USA ground shipments are as follows. Motor freight shipments such as body panels differ.

    1. UP TO (2) KEYS / $5.00

    2. UP TO $24.95   /  $9.95

    3. UP TO $199.95 / $13.95

    4. UP TO $249.95 / $14.95

    5. UP TO $499.95 / $16.95

    6. ABOVE 499.96 / $21.95

"Do you have a roof for my camper?"

    • All roofs listed have direct compatibility assigned to the item. Simply type your year and model name into the search bar. If we have a roof for your camper, it will display in the search results. We cannot have new roofs made.

"I do not see the part I am looking for"

    • We do offer a large selection of vintage parts, but we do not have every part ever made for these campers. Some parts when they are sold out become no longer available. If you do not see your part, it is likely no longer available.

"Can you tell me which body panel I need?"

    • Many of our body panels did not have the original part numbers on them when we acquired them. You will need to confirm your body panel with visuals and measurements. The last image of most panels have more measurements in the picture. Panels ship for a crate and freight fee of $139.95. You must choose body panel at checkout as the shipment option or contact us for in store pickup.

    "I ordered the wrong part"

    • Please give us a call to begin the return process. Do not return your item without an RMA number attached, as we may not be able to properly track and process your return.

"I need help fixing my camper"

    • We are located in Maryland, and if you can make the drive, we are our state's largest RV dealership and employ only RVIA certified technicians to properly diagnose and repair your camper. Please give us a call and ask for service to schedule an appointment.
