Used plastic bed slide track.

Found inside the slide track rails for certain pre-1997 bed extensions. This track acts as a guide and a stop for the bed rails. It is required to remove this channel from the bed rail track before you can remove the bed rails.

Drilling the stop rivets out located at the end of the bed frame is also required before the bed rail can be removed.
