This new style crank handle has been designed to ease the lifting of your roof. We have found that the heavier and more robust the handle, the easier it is to raise the roofs on Coleman and Fleetwood pop ups.
This handle features a larger gauge shaft, larger free spin handle and T slot end. Due to this upgrade, this handle works great on units with drive hub extension tubes. Drive hub extension tubes are found on units produced after the 1990's.
If your camper has a tube that your crank handle fits in to, then this handle will work.
If your camper has a drive shaft that your crank handle fits over, then this handle may not work.

Picked up this updated handle to replace my original. I must say this beefy crank handle makes it so much easier to lift the roof. Thanks for making life easier. Work smarter not harder! I’ll keep the original as a backup. 👍🏻
This new style crank is nice and stout, but isn’t quite long enough to clear the trailer bumper. If it had a perfect 90/degree angle it would give enough clearance. I was able to crank the trailer up (with the crank scraping the bumper on every rotation), but it’s not long enough to reach the pin to crank it down. We either need another 1/2”, or a square 90* on the handle.
I emailed parts with this short crank issue. The response was quick and it was suggested we move the pin closer the end of the turn shaft. We’re not really confident in doing this, or even that cranking from a position closer to the end of the drive shaft is a good idea. What we’d like is a crank handle that’s either square, or a tad longer!
I searched many RV parts and supplies dealers and was unable to find a crank handle for my 1999 pop-up. I visited your site and had it in less than a week.
I purchased a crank handle for my pop up camper after miss placing the original one. It came with in a few days and it worked better then the original one. I was very satisfied with the product and would recommend this company.
We needed a spare crank handle for our 2005 Fleetwood pop up. Our model has the lower mounted crank. This requires the handle to pass thru an opening in the rear bumper to access the crank assembly. Unfortunately, the shaft on this crank was too short. This caused the handle to scrape along the outside edge of the bumper. Luckily my brother in law had a spare crank with a slightly longer shaft, and our new one worked on his model, so we swapped.

Exactly what I needed for my 2002 Coleman Fairlake.
