When will my order ship?
One business day is common. Large orders and orders requiring crating can take longer. Summer months around holidays also increase our order volume and can affect processing times.
How much is shipping?
Find a shipping calculator at the cart page, and checkout showing the options, estimated delivery dates and cost.
I selected Next Day Air for my shipping, but the estimated delivery date is not tomorrow?
Most next day air orders ship that same day if received before 1PM our time.
My order did not reach me when I expected it. Can I have a shipping refund?
All delivery dates are estimates only from our carriers. No delivery date is guaranteed and all shipping charges are non refundable.
Do you ship to my country?
We do ship globally, but not everywhere. To check if we can ship directly to you, simply add an item to your cart, and check for shipping availability at the cart page. You can also use a global shipping service if we do not ship directly to you. Consider MYUS.com for these services.
Are duties and taxes pre-paid for international orders outbound or inbound?
They are not. Additional charges for duties, taxes or brokerage fees will be due.
- All shipments outside the U.S., regardless of value, may now be subject to import duties, tariffs and carrier processing fees.
Carriers will invoice these charges directly to the recipient. Payment may be made upon delivery or through the carrier's web portal. Returned international orders will have these charges deducted from the eligible refund. - These costs are determined and collected by customs and the shipping carriers. Coleman Pop Up Parts does not set or control these fees.
Can add items to my order?
In most cases yes! When the request is received either by phone or email within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
