One to two days is common. Large orders such as mattresses and body panels can take longer.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes!
Are duties and taxes pre-paid for international orders outbound or inbound?
They are not. Additional charges for duties, taxes or brokerage fees will be due.
- All shipments outside the U.S., regardless of value, may now be subject to import duties, tariffs and carrier processing fees.
Carriers will invoice these charges directly to the recipient. Payment may be made upon delivery or through the carrier's web portal. Returned international orders will have these charges deducted from the eligible refund. - These costs are determined and collected by customs and the shipping carriers. Coleman Pop Up Parts does not set or control these fees.

I selected Next Day Air for my shipping, but the estimated delivery date is not tomorrow?
Most Next Day Air orders ship that same day if received before 1PM our time.
My order did not reach me when I expected it. Can I have a shipping refund?
All delivery dates are estimates only from our carriers. No delivery date is guaranteed and all shipping charges are non refundable.
