This gasket is found under the air conditioner, and acts as the weather seal. If water is entering your camper when it rains, or you open your camper up and find water in this area, this gasket typically fixes that problem.
Fits standard air conditioner cutout opening, 14 inches by 14 inches. The most common size for campers.
Comes with instructions, mounting gasket and leveling pads.

I received my parts including a/c gasket, watched pop up camper pro on you tube. Followed his instructions, put everything back together and washed my camper. No leaks...worked great. After watching the video my gasket replacement was straightforward without a hitch. I'm impressed with the construction of pop-ups and the ease with which they can be fixed especially Coleman/Fleetwood. Plus the availability of parts considering the units are no longer produced.
This was supposed to be a universal gasket but it was too small for the unit I had. Make sure you know what your unit is before ordering. Ended up having to purchase a replacement elsewhere :(

The ac gasket fit perfectly and was easy to install. Shipping is always fast for every part I order from Colman popup parts.
I purchased the gasket for my older Coleman Mach rooftop AC. It fit perfectly. Seal was really good, as I tested it for leaks after installing.
Besides that, this is the second seal kit I have installed. Had to remove the first one after a several months for some other issue not related to the seal. The one I removed was sealed all the way around and took some effort to remove all the old adhesive, which tells me the seal was doing its job.
Love this item but can’t tell you how it worked out. In the craziness of the winter storm in Richmond Texas, I accidentally threw out the box the part was in. Thought I would share the story so we could all laugh about it. Lesson learned. Will have to order another one.
I am renovating my 2001 Utah, and took the AC off to put Grizzly grip on the roof (i removed the outside ABS layer also). This gasket set fit perfect. we Cleaned off the old from the A/C with goof off and acetone. Put the new gaskets on in the same place, and the unit went back in no problems. I am still working on the rest of the camper under shelter, so I won't know if it sealed until I'm finished with the rest of the reno work.
